Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to return a rug in original, unused condition with packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions.
  3. Pack the rug securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship it back to the address provided.

Refund Process
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned rug.

Important Notes

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Custom or special-order rugs are final sale
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective

If you’d like a different size or pattern, start a return and place a new order.
